Equipment
Function
Optotrak Certus motion-capture system

High-resolution, low-volume, motion-capture system tracks motion of infrared-light-emitting diodes (IREDS) with accuracy of 0.03mm

Gaze-tracking camera. Two independent, head-mounted eye cameras plot direction of gaze (0.5-degree accuracy) by tracking the motion of the pupils. Gaze direction can be plotted as emanating from a virtual avatar (using MotionMonitor software integrated with the Optotrak motion-capture system) or as an overlay on the visual scene as captured from a head-mounted Scene camera.

High-speed camera capable of capturing video at 100 fps; fully integrated with Optotrak motion-capture system/software

Portable Doppler sonography system is used as a functional transcranial Doppler (fTCD) device to monitor cerebral blood flow non-invasively

A spectacle mounted visual occlusion device that allows an experimenter accurately to control the timing of when visual information is presented to an experimental subject.

Colourful interlocking plastic bricks, Lego pieces can be assembled and connected in many ways to construct figures
